1. How do I order a product?
Our shopping cart is designed for ease of use. Click on the 'shopping cart' icon to add a product to the shopping cart, then proceed to the checkout process.
2. How do I pay for my items?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Money Orders. In addition, you may pay with Paypal.
3. Is my order secured?
Yes, our shopping cart uses a Verisign Secure Server to make sure that your order is secured with encryption. Your privacy and security are important to us. Every financial transaction takes place via a secure, SSL-encrypted server. The SSL protocol-the industry standard in security-uses 128-bit encryption to encrypt all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card number.
4. Are there taxes on my ietm purchases?
California residents will have an 8.25% sales tax added to the price of their item purchases. Residents of other states will not be charged a sales tax for their online RC vehicle purchases.
5. Why are your prices for product so low?
Our prices are lower than our competitors' because we sell more product than anyone other competitor. We do not raise our prices to make a profit; we attempt to sell more high-quality product at affordable prices. This allows us to sell a high volume of products at unbeatably low prices. We can and will beat any competitors price!

7. What are the shipping options for my Product I ordered from World Trading 23?
FREE Ground Delivery is available on every Retail product sold on our website. Next Day Air Delivery and Second Day Air Delivery are also available at an additional cost. For Next Day Air Delivery or Second Day Air Delivery, please call (818)761-6862 to place the order. Your location as well as your shipping choice may affect the cost of shipment.
8. When will I receive my order?
Depending on your location and shipping choice, shipping times may vary. Generally, ground delivery will take 2 to 5 business days. If your order is placed before noon PST, your order will be processed and shipped out within 48 business hours. If you place your order after noon PST, we will begin shipping out your order on the next business day. Our hours of operation are from 9:30 to 6:30 PST, Monday through Friday. Business days do not include holidays.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled and shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped, you will be charged for return shipping (if necessary) and a 30% restocking fee.
10. What do I do if I receive damaged Product?
We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping them, so any damages to items can only occur during their shipment. If you do receive damaged products, you must contact us within 3 days of the time you receive the damaged items. We will file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace the damaged products.
11. Do you accept returns?
We do accept authorized returns on unused products for up to 7 days after you receive the product. Unused products are products that have not been assembled or used in any way. Every return is also subject to a 30% restocking fee. If you return a product, you should receive your refund within 7 business days from the time we process your returned product
